Our Mission: Is to provide a safe and nurturing environment in which youth of Oakland can feel secure as they achieve success in school, learn life skills, and build self-esteem in preparation for their futures.

Year round program include academics, enrichment, health, gardening, physical education, youth leadership, and more.

The EOBA/ SmartMoves Program is a non-profit, community-based organization that has been providing education, enrichment, and health programs for children and youth since 1987. Build on the foundation that youth need a caring environment to become vibrant adults, the EOBA focuses on providing programs that are engaging and fun for youth ages 5-20.
